Gail believes in customer service and wants her patients to feel welcome and comfortable and that continued education is of utmost importance. She advises and educates her patients on their best skincare options, and enjoys following her patients individual progress. On her off time, Gail enjoys spending time with her husband and family plus reading and napping, of course! Gail is always available for guidance and advice! Our skin care formulations can achieve wonderful results. But, there is a limit to what they can do. Deeper lines and wrinkles may benefit from other treatments offered by our skin care team. These treatments include chemical peels, power peels, and BOTOX® Cosmetic treatments.
Peels can achieve the same degree of skin exfoliation in one application that daily products do in several weeks of use. Getting a peel can jump start the exfoliation process and allow the daily products to penetrate and become more effective.
Chemical Peels - These peels use chemical solutions to exfoliate the outer layer of dead skin, allowing the natural beauty of your skin to be seen and felt. Depending on the solution used, this treatment can smooth rough dry skin; improve texture of sun-damaged skin; help control acne; remove superficial blemishes; smooth out surface wrinkles; control blotches caused by sun exposure, birth-control pills and aging; and remove pre-cancerous growths. Chemical peels vary in strength. The stronger the chemical peel, the more redness and flaking of skin that will occur.
Power Peels - This is the new rave in skin care. The Power Peel system is the only non-chemical treatment approved by FDA to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. A skin care nurse uses highly controlled vacuum and pressure to move microscopically abrasive crystals over the surface of the skin, removing the outer layer and allowing younger, softer skin to move to the surface. The beauty of this treatment is that most clients don't have any redness after treatment. This allows you to go back to a social setting without the appearance of just having had a peel!
BOTOX® Cosmetic Treatment - BOTOX ® is a wonderful treatment for facial wrinkles. This medication can temporarily weaken muscles in the forehead and around the eyes which cause the deeper lines between the eyebrows and in the forehead, the crows feet at the corners of the eyes and the bands that form in the neck with aging. This treatment can last for months.
Fat Grafting - Fat cells taken from one area of the body, such as the thighs or tummy areas, can be used to plump up your lips and fill in facial wrinkles. This minimally invasive procedure is called fat grafting. Areas such as the nasolabial fold, or other features of the face that appear deflated with age can benefit from fat grafting techniques that fill the area with your own tissues. Because it's your own tissue, you will not suffer an allergic reaction like you might from synthetic fillers such as Restylane®, and the effects remain longer. The fat grafting process is quickly becoming one of the most exciting and requested plastic surgery procedures.
