Dr. D. Keith West is board certified by the American Board of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. After graduating from the Emory University School of Medicine, Dr. West went on to complete two fellowships: a Winchester Research Fellow at Yale University and a plastic and reconstructive surgery fellow at Emory University. He has since published several articles on his work.

Dr. West currently resides in Marietta with his wife and three children.

Dr. Michael J. McNeel specializes in cosmetic surgery of the breast, face and body with a special interest in minimal incision plastic surgery and advanced liposuction techniques. He also has a special interest in breast surgery as well as in nonsurgical alternatives for facial rejuvenation, such as state of the art lasers and filling material for wrinkle correction. Dr. McNeel is in private practice but seves as Vice Chief of Surgery at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital and is the former Chief of Plastic Surgery at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. He chairs several committees at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital as well. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons and the Atlanta Surgical Society.

After graduating from the University of Florida with Honors he received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. McNeel went on to receive training in General Surgery and then in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He shared his expertise and experience by teaching other plastic surgeons from around the world as an instructor of endoscopic plastic surgery while at Emory. Endoscopic surgery utilizes small incisions to perform traditional plastic surgery procedures so the scars can be remotely hidden and the incision length shortened.

Dr. McNeel currently resides in Marietta with his family. He is an active member of his local church.

Dr. Thaddeus S. Fabian is a recognized pioneer in cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery. His mastery of DIEP flap breast reconstruction makes Marietta Plastic Surgery one of the few centers in the country that routinely perform this operation. He also performs a full range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, with a special interest in Rhinoplasty and Body Contouring.

Dr. Fabian graduated from the Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He received his training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Barnes/Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri – one of the ten best hospitals and medical schools in America. Afterwards, Dr. Fabian completed his Breast Microsurgery Fellowship with leading surgeon, Dr. Bernard Chang, Clinical Assistant Professor at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.

Dr Fabian is the recipient of various awards and research grants including the Baroness Award for Teaching Excellence. He's currently continuing research in the field of breast augmentation and reconstruction and sharing his expertise in numerous publications relating to plastic surgery and breast reconstruction.

Dr. Keith Hanna is a board–certified plastic surgeon who earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He then completed a general surgery residency at the University of Tennessee-Memphis and a plastic surgery residency at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Hanna has received extensive training from internationally recognized experts in the fields of facial rejuvenation, endoscopic plastic surgery, oculoplastic surgery, breast and body contouring, breast reconstruction, and permanent hair replacement. He has also authored numerous publications regarding plastic surgery and presented his work and national and international conferences.

Dr. Hanna also dedicates his time to Childspring International— an organization that brings children to the United States for medical care that's not available in his or her own country. Dr. Keith Hanna is passionate about making people look and feel their best and is deeply committed to the care and safety of every patient.
